Frequently asked

Questions, gently answered.

How much does therapy cost?

+

Individual sessions are offered at a standard professional fee with a small number of concession spaces available. Specific fees are discussed during our initial consultation so we can find what works for your circumstances.

How long does therapy last?

+

Some clients come for short-term focused work over a few months; others stay in open-ended therapy for a year or more. We review the work together regularly so the length always reflects what you need, not a fixed package.

Do you offer online therapy or only in person?

+

Both. Sessions are available in person in London and online via secure video for clients across the UK and internationally. Many clients move fluidly between the two depending on travel, work and life.

What is relational integrative psychotherapy?

+

It's an approach that draws on several therapeutic traditions — psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment and trauma-informed — and places the therapeutic relationship itself at the heart of the work. It's particularly suited to working with identity, trauma, burnout and complex relational patterns.

Do you specialise in working with high-achieving women?

+

Yes. A significant part of the practice supports high-achieving women navigating burnout, perfectionism, identity, the inner critic, and the cost of always being the one who holds it all together.

How do I book an initial consultation?

+

You can get in touch via the contact page. After a brief enquiry, we'll arrange a 60-minute initial consultation to explore what brings you to therapy and whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
