About Melanie

Relational depth, cultural awareness, and genuine human connection.

I am a relational integrative therapist, clinical supervisor, and doctoral trainee in counselling psychology based in London. My work is rooted in creating thoughtful, emotionally attuned spaces for people navigating trauma, identity, emotional exhaustion, and the lasting impact of experiences that have left them feeling unseen.

I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, ACT, and social constructionist perspectives — held together by warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the systems that shape our lives.

Who I work with

For people who are used to holding it all together.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside whilst privately struggling with anxiety, shame, grief, burnout, or a persistent sense of not fully belonging.

  • Race-based traumatic stress
  • Identity, belonging & culture
  • Emotional exhaustion & burnout
  • Complex relational experiences
  • Anxiety, shame & grief
  • Therapists & helping professionals

Take a small step — a conversation costs nothing.

I offer a full 60-minute initial consultation where we take time to understand your history and explore what you need. Together we will create a thoughtful therapeutic plan before committing to ongoing work.
