Who I work with
For the woman London sees as fine.
The women I work with are often described as capable, composed, high-functioning. They run teams. They hold families. They are the friend in the group chat who keeps everyone steady. And quietly, underneath, something is straining — a flatness on the commute, a tightness on Sunday nights, a sense of moving through a life rather than inhabiting it.
Therapy in London with me is for the parts of you that haven't been allowed to be tired, uncertain, or held. It is unhurried, relational, and rooted in the belief that competence and vulnerability are not opposites.
What we work on
- High-functioning burnout and chronic over-responsibility
- Anxiety, perfectionism and a relentless inner critic
- Trauma, including complex and racial trauma
- Identity, belonging and being the 'only' in the room
- Relational patterns, repair and intimacy
- Life transitions — career, motherhood, loss, change
How we begin
A 60-minute consultation, before anything is decided.
We meet for a full hour to understand what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to commit. If we decide to work together, we'll agree a regular time. If not, I'll help you think about what — or who — might be a better fit.

Therapy in London — your questions.
Where in London are you based?
+
I work with clients across London — both in person and online. Clients travel from across the city, from neighbourhoods including Camden, Islington, Hackney, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Greenwich, Brixton and beyond. Online sessions are available for anyone in the UK who finds central travel difficult.
How much does psychotherapy cost in London?
+
Fees in London vary widely. My fees sit within the standard range for an experienced relational integrative psychotherapist in central London, with a small number of concession spaces available. Specific fees and any options for reduced rates are discussed openly at our initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
+
I hold a limited number of early-morning and early-evening slots specifically for clients working full-time in London. Demand for these is high, so availability can be limited, but we'll find a time that genuinely works for your week.
Do you work with women of colour and Black women specifically?
+
Yes. A significant part of the practice is dedicated to supporting Black women and women of colour in London navigating racial trauma, identity, belonging and the particular weight of being a high-achiever within predominantly white spaces.
How long will I need therapy for?
+
Some clients come for focused short-term work over three to six months; many stay in open-ended therapy for a year or longer. There is no fixed package — we review the work together regularly so the length always reflects what you actually need.
What kinds of issues do you work with?
+
Burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, low mood, trauma (including complex and racial trauma), identity, grief, life transitions, relational difficulties, fertility and motherhood, and the inner cost of always being the capable one.
